Return And Refunds Policy
At GlamTrend, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if you return an item within 7 days of receiving it and your return has been accepted we will issue store credit for the amount spent, this is only if your return has been accepted,
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, We only accept returns for faulty or incorrect items, as per UK consumer law.
You are responsible for return shipping, though in some cases, we may offer to cover the return shipping costs and issue store credit as a special exception. Please note that these exceptions are one-off offers and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to decline returns if we are not at fault. This includes situations where the items s quality does not meet personal expectations, as materials are clearly stated in the description, or if the item does not fit despite a provided size chart.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
